Jeremy Ogur

Jeremy began his career 1998 working in finance as a stock and commodities broker in Manhattan. Being exposed at an early age to the real estate business, where his father and uncle own several strip- centers on LI and Queens, Jeremy switched gears in 1999 and began a career in Commercial Real Estate, working with LI firm Sutton & Edwards (currently Colliers International). At Sutton & Edwards, Jeremy was an integral part of the Investment Team, focusing on Sales and Leasing in the Industrial, Office, Retail and Multi-Family sectors.
In 2005, Jeremy relocated to San Francisco, where he became involved in the retail space, owning and operating an Art Gallery, Wine Bar, Event Space and several Food Trucks.

In 2018, Jeremy received his CA Real Estate license and began working for SF powerhouse Starboard Commercial, where he was Senior Director of Retail Leasing.

In 2021, Jeremy moved back to NYC, taking a position as a Managing Director at national firm Lee & Associates, focusing on retail in the restaurant, hospitality, fashion and Cannabis sectors. Being licensed in both New York and California, Jeremy has a laser focus on retail in San Francisco, NYC and LI, where he has represented some of both cities largest landlords and tenants. Over the past 20 years, Jeremy has been involved in over 1 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions.
