Principal

Chip began his career on the floor of the New York stock exchange in 2000 where he was involved with institutional sales and trading. In 2003 he began his career in commercial real estate at Colliers International,  receiving the tenderfoot award only 9 months later, and since then he has been involved in over 1.82 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions. In 2014, he accepted a managing director position at Industry One Realty Corp. where he spearheaded their office sales and leasing division.

In 2017 he co-founded ACC Space with Gurpreet Singh. Chip envisioned a modern commercial real estate firm that could have the marketing capabilities of a large established brand combined with the hands on client service, and attention of a boutique firm. ACC Space prides its self on its use of technology and database driven approach to marketing in combination with versatility and local market expertise.   ACC space facilitates commercial real estate decisions and transactions for corporations, business owners, developers, investors and landlords. His specialties include, tenant representation and property sales. He has dealt with a myriad of clients from Allliant Insurance, Parts Authority, Westys Self Storage,  and various medical practices.  Some of his notable transactions include the sale of 301-501 Franklin Ave. in Garden City for $48 million, the sale of the Davis Vision portfolio, sale of Expressway Plaza 150,000 SF,  and the lease of 506 Stewart Ave. to Mercy Medical Center (Catholic Health Services). 

Education:

Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Towson University in Maryland and a Masters in Real Estate Finance from NYU. He is currently a member of CIBS society of Long Island and a member of the NYU Real Estate Institute.

He currently resides in Port Washington, NY with his wife and two children.

Outside of the professional realm Chip is an avid Tennis player, stock trader and enjoys Fantasy football
