Andrew Grann

Andrew began his career in the construction industry, working with some of the country’s most prominent retailers, assuring the completion of projects down to the smallest detail. He has brought the same attention to detail into his property management career, caring for each property as if it were his own. Andrew establishes bid packages for services such as HVAC, cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, and anything else the individual property may need. Working closely with contractors, he makes sure work is completed fast and efficiently. He makes himself available around the clock to both owners and tenants in case of emergencies and takes pride in a fast response time. Andrew is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Andrew tends to financial investments and insurance broker inspections to ensure properties meet requirements. Also, he is responsible for providing ownership monthly executive summary reports including pictures, property surveys, and recommendations of any upgrades or necessary repairs. He regularly inspects vacancies, ensuring secure premises and a balanced temperature. Along with that, he authorizes and approves all vendor proposals and invoices.
